Surpreendente (operated by IAD LLC)
By registering for a course offered by Surpreendente (operated by IAD LLC), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Terms
- The full course fee must be paid prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved installment/payment plan providers (e.g., Affirm, Sezzle, Afterpay).
- Any payment plan is a contractual agreement between the participant and the payment provider, and Surpreendente is not responsible for the terms or enforcement of those agreements.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations requested more than 60 days before the course start date will receive a 100% refund, processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
- Cancellations requested within 60 days of the course start date are non-refundable. However, the seat may be transferred to another licensed colleague, with prior written authorization from the original participant, or the seat may be held as a credit toward a future course organized by Surpreendente.
- All transfer or credit requests must be submitted in writing to yperez@surpreendentegroup.com.
3. Course Changes
- Surpreendente reserves the right to make changes to course content, instructors, dates, or venue when necessary, with prior notice provided to participants.
- If a course is rescheduled or canceled by Surpreendente, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or credit toward a future course.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all course prerequisites and licensing requirements, where applicable.
- Professional conduct is expected during all course activities. Surpreendente reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or unethical behavior without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, presentations, and resources are the intellectual property of Surpreendente or the course instructors.
- Materials are provided for personal and professional development only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written consent.
6. Liability
- Surpreendente and IAD LLC are not liable for travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses in the event of course changes or cancellations beyond our control.
- Participation in hands-on activities is voluntary, and participants assume all responsibility for their own safety and professional decisions during and after the course.
7. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
